Anita started in the construction business in 1979 working in the fire and restoration business. As she is most often asked, it was a previous husband that introduce her to the business.
In 1982 she had left that business due to a divorce and started her own company in 1983.
She continued to perform fire and water damage repairs and also branched out into other construction phases.

In 1987 she incorporated as KEGLEY, Inc. the company has been a growing Over the years Anita has served on many local as well as national association boards. She has also served on other community boards as well as currently only serves as the Building Team Leader and participates on the Strategic Planning Team of Trinity Baptist Church.
