Renovation of the existing Cysto Procedure rooms A&B, 2nd floor. Work to include asbestos abatement, demolition, new construction of lead lined walls, flooring, ceiling, built-in cabinets, installation & relocation of equipment, modification to HVAC system, medical gases, emergency power, nurse call system code red/code blue, telephone & data.

Cibolo Public Works Facilities

Two new buildings--6,000 sf garage w/rolling overhead doors of pre-engineered frame construction w/vinyl faced insulation & aluminum storefront window system. 600 sf animal kennels shed of pre-engineered frame construction w/concrete masonry walls and chain link kennel partitions. Steel reinforced concrete foundations and 24 galvanized structural standing seam roof system & other items.

ACCD Seguir Adelante Mi Casa Women's Center

3,900 SF Building addition plus renovations to the existing building, selective demolition, concrete, foundation work, painting, flooring, ceiling, electrical, mechanical replacement & repair.

Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center Mustangs at Noon

We worked with World known Artist Mac Adams, who was commissioned by the City of San Antonio for the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center.

Five steel canopies each 10ft x 14ft cast shadows of horse�s year around giveing the appearance of the horse�s moving across the convention center wall stretching from 3ft at 8am to 60ft by 1:00pm when they disappear.

Randolph Air Force Base

Renovation to Building entrance and kitchen-break room. Renovation work was completed while building was occupied.

VIA Metropolitan North Star Transit Center

New 3,200 SF transit center and site development. The Transit facility includes a conditioned waiting area, staff ticket office bullet proof glass with cashier space, public toilet rooms, and mechanical room, Queuing areas for buses, employee parking, and exterior patron waiting areas are included.
